Questions brokers ask
Does Jisrix replace my agents?
No. It handles the first reply, the qualifying questions and the booking. Your agents get the leads that are ready to talk, with a summary, and can take over the chat whenever they want.
Which languages can it reply in?
Arabic and English, and other languages your leads write in, such as Russian or Hindi. It replies in the language the lead uses.
What do I need to get started?
A WhatsApp Business number, a Google account for Sheets and Calendar, and your list of projects, areas and price ranges. I handle the setup.
Is Jisrix already running at other brokerages?
Jisrix is built and working, and I'm now onboarding the first brokerages. That means you get close, hands-on setup from me directly.
Can you run the ads too, or only the automation?
Both. I can run your Meta and Google campaigns, set up the WhatsApp assistant, or do the full system. Most brokerages get the best result when the ads and the follow-up are planned together.
